How Tool Linden Path builds and maintains treasury archives for small mining operations, from intake to final delivery.
Every catalog follows a documented sequence developed over six years of small-miner archive work.
You complete a written form covering fleet size, pool memberships, wallet types, and known documentation gaps. We review responses before scheduling and send a written estimate with no obligation.
We send a checklist: gather hardware wallets, locate all paper and metal backups, export recent pool payout history. You confirm session date with a 30% deposit.
On-site or remote, you walk us through each wallet and backup. We record device models, associated addresses, pool connections, and physical storage locations. Seed material is never photographed or transcribed.
Within five business days you receive a draft address map and device inventory. You verify entries against your pool dashboards and flag corrections within seven days.
Bound archive and encrypted digital index are delivered at our Ulsan office, via courier, or at your co-location facility. One revision round is included within 14 days.
Clients on quarterly review retainers receive updated pages after each session. Retired addresses are stamped clearly in the archive margin so they cannot be confused with active payout destinations.
