Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and deposit handling for Tool Linden Path archive services.
Overview
This policy applies to treasury archive catalog sessions, quarterly archive reviews, and wallet address reconciliation services booked through Tool Linden Path.
Deposit and cancellation
Catalog sessions require a 30% deposit to confirm scheduling.
Full refund of deposit if you cancel 14 or more days before the scheduled session date.
50% deposit refund if you cancel 7–13 days before the scheduled session.
No deposit refund if you cancel fewer than 7 days before the session, except in cases of documented emergency (medical, natural disaster) at our discretion.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days notice. Additional reschedules incur a ₩50,000 administrative fee.
After work has started
Once a catalog session begins, the deposit is non-refundable. If you terminate the session early, you owe the prorated balance for hours completed plus any materials already prepared.
Revision round
One revision round is included within 14 days of draft delivery. Additional revision rounds are billed at ₩120,000 per round. Revision requests must be submitted in writing with specific corrections.
Non-refundable items
- Completed bound archives and delivered digital indexes
- Reconciliation reports after delivery
- Travel time already incurred for on-site visits outside Ulsan metro
- Quarterly review sessions completed within a prepaid retainer
Partial refunds
If we fail to deliver agreed deliverables within 21 days of the scheduled completion date (excluding delays caused by your failure to provide verification feedback), you may request a partial refund proportional to undelivered work.
Refund method
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer to the original payment account within 14 business days.
No-shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to reschedule.
